Crystal healing: uses and how to cleanse them

Gemstones and Pendelums: uses of them how to clear chakras and also other stuck areas.

Visualizations and meditations to empower your inner healer. You will be writing your own visualization with my help so come knowing what you would like to empower.

Heal yourself learn how to do self-healing for yourself. This is hands-on instruction

Crystals learning how to program them

Partner and group meditation and healing. this is good for couples or friends who want to learn how to help each other. Also will be working with crystals.

Trigger point therapy self-care. So your massage therapist cannot go home with you, learn self-care at home what points release what. This does work and can help you to learn how to treat yourself so you can have less pain in your life.

I am interested in teaching any Reiki classes and would like to schedule a Reiki 1 class sometime in October.

Anyone interested please contact me. Required is 4 weeks of self-healing before Reiki 1. If interested I will let you know further how you can fulfill those requirements.

I have been doing Reiki and other energy works since 1996 and have had my Reiki Master since 2001 and have had a massage/healing practice since 1996 and have touched thousands of people.

I have learned a lot since then and realize that people need to know they can help themselves more and not rely on someone else to heal them. I love to focus on self-healing and help people turn on their inner healers.
